I\’m no expert on construction industry safety code in the developing world as it relates to the building going up opposite our hotel. I think the guy on 6th floor drilling into the window beam, and the guy on the 8th floor sweeping the dust down on top of him, are both wearing safety harnesses. I THINK they are….but even so. Can\’t watch; won\’t watch!
