I lost my swim trunks

There was a bit of a mele with the bus back from the river and I left them atop the glove box. But wait. There\’s a fashion store just down from the hotel. They likely don\’t speak any English but worth a try. Indeed they did not speak any English but 1/2 hr later here was the result.

I am sure that when they brought out the scissors to cut off the tag which dangles down the front, while I was still wearing them, at least one of these ladies had a small accident.

We ( emphasize we) chose the new trunks for their Brazilian yellow. In a later text exchange Elaine thought they looked camp. I asked her what she was saying but she claims it was autocorrect –  she meant camo! Hmmmm
