I s\’pose that\’s why it\’s called the rainforest. We bad to work our way up hill quickly to avoid the rising water. Not least \’cos from the smell that rose with it, the sewerage system wasn\’t too far below the surface. The locals didn\’t seem to mind

but we did get just a little wet!
